I checked java installation and its all in top shape. I knew that its some crappy javascript coding that is causing it to fail to load (or merely reporting it as “failed to load”). Update Chrome and make sure it's at the latest version. (This may sound counter intuitive, but who knows, a more recent version of Chrome might have fixed problems with uninstalling.).

- Goto UOB internet banking page.
- On the login page, after you get the error (see image) click “OK”, let the page load fully
- Once page is fully loaded, click on the bookmarklet (that you dragged in first step).
- That’s it you can login now.
- Repeat step 2-5, every time you want to login.
